Synolos

Synolos is an Award Winning Social Enterprise (CIC) organisation based in West Oxfordshire that helps individual identify and realise their potential.

In 2010 Barry Ingleton left full time mainstream employment to start something new. After a meeting with The Prime Minister, David Cameron, Barry felt confident enough to pursue his dream, ideas and educational beliefs. This pathway would start at a time of economic downturn but Barry could see the pressures that young people and the unemployed would be put under though this hard time. He saw the need for a new type of alternative training, economically timing seemed crazy but Synolos was born.

Our Purpose
We believe that everyone has potential to do well in life but not everyone is give the same opportunities to fulfil their potential. Our purpose is to help individuals identify their potential and then by using our range of opportunities help them realise that potential in their move into training, work experience, voluntary work or employment.
