Synergy Business Solutions is a newly formed organisation, developed and run by the following Senior Management team Trudie Spencer Managing Director and Julie Hicks Head of Business Solutions, between both Senior Executives they have over 40 years experience of leadership development, the creative design and implementation of learning and development interventions within private, public and third sector organisations. Specialising across Health & Social care sectors through the creation of quality assurance processes and learning & development strategies.





Both Senior Executives have a real passion and drive for inspiring, leading and motivating organisations, teams and individuals to realise their full potential. They have proven time and time again through various roles that they have what it takes to support individuals, groups and organisations (refer to testimonials) to meet really ambitions goals.

Our interventions are not only based on what an individual or organisation wants but mainly what it needs to achieve, in-line with an individuals own aspirations or an organisations strategic plans.
