Abi is a qualified Level 5 sports and remedial massage therapist, graduating from the Oxford School of Massage www.ossm.co.uk and an affiliated member of the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage www.theisrm.com.

Abi uses a variety of techniques from Deep Tissue Massage to Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release to specifically target areas of musculoskeletal dysfunction or to prevent injury and tension. Some examples of areas treated: Sciatica, headaches, shoulder and neck tension, back ache, frozen shoulder, sprains, strains, runner's knee, Repetitive Strain Injuries, whiplash, general aches and pains and much more.

Treatments have a clinical approach and are very much tailored to treat the cause rather than affect and to suit your needs to achieve a treatment goal.

Abi’s main interests are netball, sailing, skiing, yoga and to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

As well as treating in Clinic Abi also treats at events, e.g. The Beeline Britain Expedition 2014, the London Marathon, the Brighton Marathon and the Bleinham Palace Triathlon.
