SwiMastery

Swimastery is a Winchester based company specialising in personally tailored swimming coaching and teaching sessions on a 1-2-1 basis. My sessions are flexible; I can provide a service which is adaptable to your needs.

I offer both teaching and coaching sessions i.e. teaching for younger or nervous swimmers and coaching for more developed swimmers, perhaps triathletes who would like to increase their speed or efficiency or technique adjusting.

I am an experienced swimmer myself, and have;
- competed at National Championships for butterfly and also in open water swimming and triathlon events
- captained University of Liverpool Swimming Team
- taught swimming for 6 years
- been an RNLI Beach Lifeguard in Cornwall during my university summers
- worked as a Swim Guide for SwimTrek across Europe which consists of coaching guests and in depth stroke analysis, mainly for open water technique
- more recently I have been coaching the Boys swim team at Winchester College

My qualifications include ASA Level 1 & 2 Teaching Aquatics and ASA Level 1 and 2 Coaching Swimming as well as National Beach Lifeguard and National Pool Lifeguard. I am also a member of the Institute of Swimming. I have also recently attended a 3 day educational Swim Smooth Coach course.

I am based at Winchester College.
