Welcome to Suzy Wills Personal Training. I am a personal trainer in Plymouth and the South Hams. I train my clients to get fit; lose weight; improve strength and/or conditioning; increase body confidence and achieve their health and fitness goals. I have a private personal training studio nestled in suburban Plymstock and ideally situated for both Plymouth City Centre and the South Hams. I have been personal training for over 15 years and have built a wealth of experience working in some of the South West’s premier training establishments.
