Sussex Wild Swimming

Sussex Wild Swimming is dedicated to helping you improve your open water swimming. We offer you the chance to swim and train in open water for one of triathlon’s most technical disciplines or for one of the many open water swimming races now available. Whether it's your first swim in open water or you want to improve specific aspects, we have experienced and qualified coaches that can help you.

You can choose to do your own wild swim, while we provide safety boat/swimmer cover and assistance with feeding and hydration ....or we can provide fully supervised wild swims, full improvement programmes and targeted coached sessions and clinics.
