Suspension inc is a small, professionally run family company specializing in Mountain Bike suspension servicing and repair.

With many years professional experience in the suspension field our aim is to provide a service for our customers that is second to none.

As we grow we will ultimately be looking at selling parts and equipment at a good price.

Greed is not one of our virtues. But getting the job done right first time every time is.

We put 100% into our work every time and treat your suspension as if it were our suspension.

When your item comes to us our aim is to get it back to you feeling better than new.

Our ethos is quite simple really, if our customers aren't happy then neither are we!

We only use top quality oils and manufacturers parts. And all work is aimed at getting a 24 hour turn around where possible.

We will be aiming to offer a competitive postage rate too because there's nothing worse than paying for your suspension to be serviced then paying top dollar on postage. You've just spent enough for the service!

Where we can save you money we will!

We want an honest days pay for an honest days work and that's all. We're not out get as much money in as we can, we do the work because we love it and are passionate about all things Mountain Bike, and if we can make a crust at the same time then hey that's fine by us.

What you get for your money.

Full initial inspection/assessment.

Complete clean and strip down to component parts.

Advisories of any extra work needed via phone call if necessary.

Replacement of all seals with manufacturers replacement parts and oils.

Adjustments made before reassembly where necessary/requested. Bushing adjust/replace, custom tune.

Reassembly of the unit.

Full check over to ensure the unit is working correctly.

Pack and post, your stuffs on its way to you on a next day service with a tracking number sent to you as the item is booked for collection.
