I work with either healthy individuals to help prevent disease or with individuals that have developed a condition to minimize their symptoms.
The aim is to establish whether or not an individuals diet is right for their health. If it is not then a diet is formulated that contains all the essential components to improve symptoms and for optimum health.
The journey to well being is individual to everyone so I work with the client on helping them achieve more knowledge and understanding of how to heal so they become empowered enough to eventually tackle issues with minimal intervention. I'm here to guide rather than instruct.
As well as nutritional therapy I also use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) either on its own or combined with Nutritional Therapy. EFT is a technique based on acupressure and psychology. The technique involves tapping gently on certain points on the body and face which are energy meridians whilst focusing on negative emotions or physical sensations. Combined with the spoken word this helps the nervous system enabling the brain to respond in healthy ways.
