PAYMENTS:- we welcome weekly payment via paypal or bank transfer, any time you make a payment please notify myself ASAP so this can be deducted from your balance. if you miss the cut of date for your final payment you will loose your space and no refund will be issued (this is why we offer weekly payment)

DEPOSITS:- deposits are NOT reundable

CANCELATIONS :- if for any reason the trip s cancelled or we can not fill minimum capacity a full refund will be issued within 7 working days the same way as you paid, if you need to cancel due to medical reasons, proof would need to be provided for full refund. If you change your mind or wish to cancel you will loose your deposit however this may be transferred over to another trip, if you cancel within 72 hours of the trip you will loose your money paid uness i can sell on your seats

COACHES:- toilets are not guaranteed on trips, on long trips (over 2 hours) toilet stops will be provided, seating plans are on all trips the coach will be inspected after every trip if ay damage or rubbish left you will NOT be aloud on any more trips & a fine may occur, black backs are provided for all rubbish so please either use these or take any rubbish with you

TIMES:- pck up times will be sent via text or put on our wall it is your responsibility to keep up to date with the page postings, the driver can not wait due to driving times you need to be at the destination 10 min prior to leaving times given, if you miss the coach no refund will be issued

WEATHER:- we can not be held responsible for severe weather conditions, if for any reason a trip could not go ahead due to this ONLY coach money will be refunded
