CrossFit Sunbury

We are a small and friendly gym based in Sunbury, just off the A316. We run daily CrossFit classes, body conditioning classes, high intensity 'Engine Rooms', specialist weight lifting and gymnastic materclasses. We have also developed specialist group nutrition programmes and will soon be launching our 4-week Feel Better course which incorporates exercise and nutrition in a unique and easy way to get you looking and feeling fabulous.
