Suffershire Indoor Cycling

Suffershire is Gloucestershire's premier dedicated indoor cycling facility.

We will be running classes for all abilities, including for those who are at a higher level, simulated races!

We highly recommend a Fitness Test before taking on any session. Firstly the Fitness Test gives you training intensity levels, commonly called Training Zones. This means you will finish every session, even when you think you can't.

The Fitness Test will also include an introduction of the Wattbike Polar view and how improve your cycling ability indoors and out.

For our regular Sufferfest workouts, all riders will be riding to a pre-set programme alongside the professional riders shown on the 92" screens. From HIIT and VO2 to Hills and simulated races, these programmes have everything you'll need.

You will be able to book classes 4 weeks in advance to avoid missing sessions and best of all, a Nespresso Coffee or Tea to-go.

Membership is only £60 per month for unlimited sessions. This gives you the benefit of regular Fitness Tests so you're always improving.
