I aim to combine an enjoyable therapeutic experience with a purposeful approach, fusing the powerful stimulus of reflexology with subtle adjustments to the diet to regain the balance of better and improving health.

I treat all ages from 3 to 83 years and have experience of treating both men and women with a wide variety of conditions from period pain to joint pain, weight loss to sleep loss.
