Sue Bedford Nutrition

Sue Bedford is a freelance nutritional consultant, with a special interest in fertility and child nutrition.

Sue very much enjoys working with people who need pre conceptual nutritional advice, post natal nutritional advice along with nutrition for children, in the hope that the very best outcomes can be realised wherever possible. She is particularly interested in the science of food and the effects that the properties of different nutrients have on the human body.

She has written numerous nutrition articles for a preconception charity over the last few years. Sue believes that there is increasing research to back the fact that nutrition is directly linked to fertility and so it is vital to get the balance of all vital nutrients correct preconception.

Sue is able offer a number of consultation options to suit a variety of scenarios including face to face, telephone and skype consultations.
