I'm based in a small independent gym in Cardiff, Gym Vision, which is known for it's warm & friendly atmosphere, excellent customer service, and a supportive team of Personal Trainers.

Helping people is my priority, so whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, learn more about nutrition, or simply feel confident in a gym, then I'm happy to help.

My plans are designed carefully to meet an individuals goals, whilst improving health & well-being via sustainable and healthy nutritional practices.

I don't offer "quick fixes" or "21 day detoxes" - they don't work, and simply aren't sustainable.
