I'm a strength and conditioning coach offering my services to anyone who would like to improve their strength, fitness and overall health. Whether you are an athlete with a specific sport you need to train for or you are just looking to improve your health, I am here to guide the way and provide the support you need.

I have a particular interest in the sport of Strongman and I train athletes, both male and female to compete, as well as competing myself.

I am passionate about encouraging women to lift weights and for them to experience just how empowering increasing their physical strength can be not just physically but also emotionally.
