Our facilities include
- Over 150 pieces of Hammer Strength & Life Fitness strength equipment consisting of plate loaded and selectorized machines.
- Dumbbells ranging from 2.5 - 100kg's in 2.5kg increments
- Approx 10,000kg's in Olympic plates
- A range of cardiovascular equipment including ,treadmills, x-trainers, bikes and rowers.
- Strongman equipment covering virtually all events.
