Dont worry about your fitness level- you'll progress in your own comfort zone and ability. Freestyle combines the most effective elements of kickboxing, karate, kung fu and TaeKwondo.

Those wanting to progress will have the opportunity to take gradings and to train in a competition squad and enter tournaments- although there is never any pressure to do so.
