Dance your way to a happier and healthier pregnancy, a quicker and easier birth and a more content baby.

Dancing For Birth TM is a weekly childbirth education class that uses dance moves inspired from around the globe to encourage active birthing, helping mothers to have easier and shorter labours, build confidence in our ability to birth our babies in the way we choose and to learn effective relaxation techniques for use during pregnancy, throughout labour and beyond.

Previous dance experience not necessary.

New mothers are also welcome to bring babies in slings to dance, keep active and continue to grow in confidence as they embark on their journey alongside other mums.

Refund policy: Class fees are non-refundable. In the event that you miss a class due to giving birth, you will receive credit for one make-up class.
