The University of St Andrews Triathlon Club offers students the opportunity to take on the dynamic and challenging sport of triathlon. Students have the chance to train in three sports (swimming, cycling, running) and build the physical, technical, and mental skills necessary to compete successfully. Since our founding six years ago, the club has undergone significant development. In recent years, the club has even organized its own Autumn duathlon and Spring triathlon in St Andrews, attracting competitors from across Scotland.
The Club welcomes athletes of all levels, from those who have been competing for years to those who simply enjoy the social aspect of the club. We offer training sessions for swimming, cycling, running, and studio, and it is possible to pick and choose sessions to fit around your timetable. The Club competes in races at every level; local, Scottish Student Sport (SSS), and British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS).
