• Motor Control Systems
We are one of the leading repair & service specialists in the UK for DC & AC Drives.

With some of the UK’s best engineers within SES we have experience nearing nearly 60 years. Our experience ranges from 0.5 Amp systems to Twin 12 Pulse 56000Amp 12MW Systems, so we really are able to take on anything.

We are able to specify and install drives to suit all applications and budgets. We have experience of a range of drives used in many different applications.

• Panel Building
Our panel building service covers all types of panels. We have built hundreds of bespoke designs - everything from a handful of parts to multi-MW, multi-panel systems.

We have an experienced team to oversee the production - so you can have confidence that it will be done right first time.

• Installation
We work closely with most drive manufacturers and are often asked to commission newly installed equipment, because of our extensive experience with AC and DC Drives in the industry. We can also deal with any other electrical installation work you may have.

• Repairs and Servicing
It can be very time consuming and expensive to replace electronic equipment, especially if it’s obsolete or discontinued. It’s often a better option to have this equipment repaired. Start Electrical Services have a dedicated workshop to cater for electronic repairs.

Where AC or DC Drives and inverters are in need of repair, and machine downtime is too costly, we may be able to offer temporary equipment to keep your machine running whilst the repairs are undertaken.

• Testing and Inspection
More and more insurance companies are requiring Periodic Inspection and Testing Reports for their installations. If your installation is without these documents, you may find your insurance premiums go up or worse.
