Staines 10K

The Staines 10K is organised by Spelthorne Borough Council, Runnymede Runners and Staines Strollers. The Staines 10K aims to provide a fast flat race with the proceeds being donated to local deserving causes.

The start and finish is in Knowle Green, Staines, Middlesex TW18 1AJ and the race HQ is situated in Spelthorne Leisure Centre. All entrants are entitled to use the changing, showers and swimming pool facilities at the leisure centre free of charge.
The course is flat and one-lap over public roads, with a small inner loop of 1.5k at the 2.5k point. The event is well marshalled and there are no right turns.
