I am an experienced female wedding photographer covering North Wales, Cheshire and Wirral. Being given the chance to capture the most important day in a couple's life is a true privilege and a chance to indulge my real passion.

My background is in press photography, where I have worked for just short of 20 years. Although spending days covering news stories is very rewarding, nothing beats the satisfaction of being a part of your special day and helping to preserve every moment through stunning and natural images.

For me, the most important part of being a wedding photographer is making sure you feel at ease and relaxed every step of the way. As Alfred Eisenstaedt said, it is vital to 'click' with people, and I pride myself on being able to do just that. I try to establish more than just a working relationship and have found myself becoming friends with many of the couples who have chosen to share their day.

As well as capturing the main event, I like to focus on the finer details which you have put so much time and effort into ensuring are just right. To me, preserving the exquisite patterning on the bride's dress and the painstakingly planned table decorations are as important as the formal family shots and more traditional images.

But the most important part of my day is spending time with you as a couple - giving you precious moments to spend with each other away from the crowds, as well as capturing the happiest hours of your life in a natural and unobtrusive way. You will be left with a perfect story-book style album, capturing every treasured, emotional moment of your day from start to finish.
