St Mary's Worcester

Founded in 1934 by the Sisters of St Marie Madeleine Postel, a french catholic teaching order, St Mary's has always led the way in developing education for girls.

Our aim today is to prepare young girls of today to be the women leaders of tomorrow. In this we are continuing the vision and spirit of our founders who sought to empower and equip young women to use their talents and skills to make a difference in their world.

We offer a co-educational nursery housed in the former stables and an all girls education from 4 years to 18 years.

Our examination results are consistently above the national average and we are in the top 1% of schools for our value added measure in our recent A level results.

However, we believe education is aobut so much more than a string of A*, impressive those these are! At St Mary's we offer rich and varied opportunities for girls to develop their confidence, curiosity and creativity so that they may pursue happy and successful lives in University and beyond.
