St. James Business Centre

St James Business Centre, is a former church, that has been refurbished to a very high standard, many of the original features have been kept and any changes, have been in keeping with the buildings history. There is also ample FREE PARKING for tenants and their customers.
The main area of the building is occupied by a gym studio. There are another six business suites, four downstairs and two upper. The rooms are ideal for smaller sole traders, with eco friendly heating, lighting and internet access if needed.
Although we are currently fully occupied at present, we welcome any interested business to arrange a visit and place their name on a waiting list, we will contact you if a suite should become available.
