St David's Hospice

St David’s Hospice is a registered charity working across the counties of Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey. We support people who are affected by advanced illnesses, providing dignified end of life care in a warm and caring environment.
All our services are provided free of charge. We receive 16% of our funding from the NHS and must raise £5,000 per day to care for our patients and their families. (2016)
