St Buryan Beef

St Buryan Beef is based at Toldavas Farm, St Buryan, where the finest quality beef is produced.

Our cattle are grazed on the Lands End peninsula from Spring to Autumn then housed in Winter to protect them from the elements. They are fed on home grown forage and cereals where possible.

We use a local butcher to reduce food miles and minimise stress to the animal. Our beef is hung to increase tenderness and flavour; this is how our steaks have a ‘melt in the mouth’ appeal. Supermarkets tend to eliminate this vital step to cut costs and reduce processing times.

We are accredited with the Little Red Tractor which demands the utmost in animal husbandry, farm practices and ensures provenance of our beef.
