SR Fitness is aimed at hardworking people who would like to get fit and healthy in a supportive, fun and helpful environment.
Fitness circuit sessions will take place on Alexandra Park, Victoria Street. The sessions will be on Monday, Wednesday evening 18:00-19:00 and Sunday mornings 09:00-10:00.
The sessions will be all about fun and will give people the opportunity to work-out in a relaxed atmosphere, meet new people and improve general health and fitness. The sessions will offer something for everyone, from complete beginners to people who like to exercise regularly. No matter what your fitness level or age, everyone will be catered for.
I am a Physical Education teacher and a father of two young children so I empathise with challenges people face when trying to find time to exercise without having to join a local gym.
