SpyVelo SUP-Tri

The 2016 SpyVélo SUP Tri will be staged in and around picturesque Gurnard on the Isle of Wight. A 2km paddleboard in Gurnard Bay starts and finishes on the beach, followed by a 20km road ride around Gurnard, Newtown and Cowes, with a 4km run which finishes by running along the wide promenade of historic Cowes seafront.

Enter solo and take the course on alone, or as part of a two or three person team (one person completes each leg). Enter one of the competitive categories or our new 'novice' class, and if you enter before the end of July you can take advantage of our early-bird discount on your entry fee.

We also have a Junior Duathlon event for the under 16s.
