Sports Massage Therapy

Graduating from Premier training in london in 2012 as a sports massage therapist I offer a deep tissue based massage, including injury assessment with a package plan to regain as much function back as possible, Lymphatic Drainage for swollen joints, Structural assessment, Relaxation massage and full body massage for general sore tight muscles!

I have been a professional dancer for the last couple of years but now taking my focus on to massage therapy and I am also a qualified fitness instructor. I teach, aerobics, circuits, spin, body conditioning, flexibility, ballet barre and kettle bell classes. Working in and being passionate about the health and fitness industry makes me more aware of the body and sympathetic with helping those in need :)
