Hello,
My name is Dariusz I am a Manipulative therapist and Sports massage therapist in Rochdale. I do not contact clients by phone therefore with the time saved I use to perform my treatments.

I work in a household salon with a separate entrance in Rochdale OL12 7EB.
In my salon there is no waiting room or toilet. At the time of the treatment only one person is required to be in the salon, the client.

I specialise mainly in the removal of muscle tiredness and fatigue and painful points in muscles (trigger points). Therefore, my massages are the most effective for ovetrained, overworked people, athletes and irregularities resulting from bad posture.
I could describe my massages, as strong, deep, powerful and sometimes a bit painful. This is more of a massage focused on the muscles and joints, and not so much on the skin. Can you find this massage relaxing? Yes, however unless your hypersensitive. Obviously every technique and different pressures will have a different affect on everyone.

All treatments are proceed by a consultation to ensure the most appropriate treatment for you - this is free of charge and does not take time off your massage.

I am not a miracle maker, if you would think that if you arrived and something “clicks” and all your problem will go away, I am not the correct person to consult with. All I offer is a solid massage with trigger point therapy, muscles stretches, work for loosing joints tension and relaxing.

If your visit is to do with back pain I would recommend you to consult your GP prior going to me, consult a doctor or eventually perform a MRI scan. The massages play as only a supporting role in the treatment of back pain if it results from a herniated spine (intervertebral discs, disc prolapse), spinal canal stenosis, degenerative disease of the spine.

On the other hand the massage is perfect for the back pain caused by:

- Strenuous physical work
- Strenuous physical exercise
- A sedentary lifestyle
- Back Strains
- A muscle spasm
- Strained muscles and ligaments
- Arthritis

Massages are not recommended in very acute stage usually related to Ruptured disks or Bulging disks because impact on realise pain is minimal and can couse agrivate pain


Treatments that I offer:

Treatment to target back pain
This can include some of the following techniques:
Manipulation (osteopatic manipulation ) only if I think this is necessary.
Back massage, targeted at the muscles associated with the sacrum, pelvis, the front and back of the thighs, buttocks and muscles located deep in the abdomen.
Additional features like Chinese fire cupping or acupuncture dry needling.
Dry needling the ear to relieve pain

Sports massages and relaxing massages
Stronger or calming massages suited to the client for different levels of muscle relieving and physical fatigue.

Manual lymphatic drainage
MLD is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

Gua Sha
Traditional Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped to produce light bruising

Fire Chinese cupping
Ancient form of therapy in which a local suction is created on the skin.

Other
Varieties,suited to customer needs, such as foot massage , massage rehabilitation of joints , ear wax extraction, Indian head massage and more .

Price of the visit, £30 for 60min. If I think you need extra work done, no extra cost will be added.

Specjalizuje się głównie w usuwaniu bolesnych punktów w mięśniach i przemęczenia fizyczne związane z wykonywanym sportem lub pracą. Dlatego moje masaże są najbardziej skuteczne dla osób przemęczonych, uprawiających sport oraz w nieprawidłowościach wynikających ze złej postawy. Moje masaże mógłbym określić, jako mocniejsze, czasami bolesne. Jest to praca bardziej na mięśniach i stawach niż na skórze. Czy można taki masaż określić, jako relaksacyjny? Tak o ile nie jesteś osobą nadwrażliwą na ból. Oczywiście nacisk i natężenie dostosuje do każdej osoby indywidualnie.

Nie jestem cudotwórca i jeżeli oczekujesz ze przyjdziesz, coś “kliknie” i Twoje wszystkie problemy zostaną rozwiązane to jestem nieodpowiednią osobą. Jedyne, co oferuje to solidny masaż z elementami trigger points (punkty bolesne), rozciągania mięśni, pracy ze stawami w tym też kręgosłupa. Jestem też przede wszystkim praktykiem, dlatego też maksymalnie wykorzystuje Twój czas na masaż podczas wizyty.

Jeżeli Twoja wizyta jest związana z bólem pleców to rekomenduje uprzednią wizytę w GP, badanie lekarskie, ewentualny MRI scan. Masaże pełnią tylko rolę pomocniczą w leczeniu bólów pleców, jeżeli wynika on z przepukliny kręgosłupa (dyskopatia, wypadnięcie dysku), zwężenia kanału kręgowego, choroby zwyrodnieniowej kręgosłupa. Natomiast masaż doskonale sprawdza się w bólach przeciążeniowych kręgosłupa i punktach bolesnych mięśni stabilizujących kręgosłup. Masaże nie są zalecane w stanach ostrych, czyli bardzo silnych bólach kręgosłupa, ponieważ działanie lecznicze jest minimalne a jedynie mogą spowodować zwiększenie bólu.

Masaż związany z bólem pleców. Zawiera osteopatyczne artykulacje, separacje kręgów (kręgarstwo) akupunktura napiętych mięśni. Bańki chińskie, masaż następujących części ciała przy bólu dolnego odcinka:
prostowniki kręgosłupa (mięśnie wzdłuż kręgosłupa)
pośladki (napięte mięśnie) związane z ruchem miednicy

Każdy z klientów otrzymuje maść własnej roboty do oraz ulotkę jak domowymi sposobami ulżyć bólem.Nie wykonuje manipulacji na odcinku szyjnym.
