Delivering a quality item and a brilliant customer experience is what I am about... but I am not perfect and I do have a small family that I juggle around so please do take that into account before ordering.

Current turn around is 3-4weeks.
Advance slot bookings can be taken for a non refundable £10 deposit which will be deducted from outstanding balance.
Payment in full is required prior to making.

Orders only dispatched within the UK.
Clothing is made to standard uk sizes unless custom sizes are provided. Due to this I cannot be held responsible for items that do not fit.
Sales are final - no returns unless in the unlikely event that the item is faulty.

Items are made from my dining room table in my home. It is clean and smoke free, but I do have 2 small dogs. Obviously they're kept away from my stock, but in the case of allergies, I'd rather disclose than have a customer potentially suffer as a result.
