Souper was borne out of a lifelong love of soup. This is a love instilled in me by my mother (still the best soup maker I know), from whom I have learned and sometimes adapted dozens of recipes.
The unifying factor in all of my recipes is flavour - whether it's a simple mushroom & tarragon or a multi layered Asian broth, the emphasis is always on taste.
My recipes are vegetarian, healthy and wherever possible made using locally sourced ingredients.
Souper can be found regularly at the wkd harbourside markets and at farmers markets throughout Bristol.
