Hello :) I am from Leek, Staffordshire and have a passion for all animals. I have completed the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management at Reaseheath College with the grade of D*D*D*. I have experience with all domestic pets, as I currently have a Staffy cross Rhodesian Ridgeback dog and an 18 year old cat, as well as a corn snake and I have had guinea pigs, rabbits, fish and all other kinds of animals throughout my life. I have also worked with wild and exotic animals in zoos (Reaseheath Zoo) such as: wild big cats, large mammals (tapirs, wallabies, Patagonian Mara, capybaras), monkeys, lemurs, meerkats, semi-aquatic mammals (capybaras and otters) fish, invertebrates, reptiles, amphibians, large livestock (pigs, sheep, cows, donkeys, goats, ponies, alpacas). I am a qualified falconer, having completed and passed my Lantra Award in Beginner's Falconry. I have worked with a range of hawks, falcons and owls, as well as Black Kites and Russian Steppe Eagles, kookaburras, a Striated Caracara and many ordinary pet birds (canaries cross with goldfinches, cockatiels, zebra finches, quail and a starling). I have also had experience with wildlife rehabilitation as part of my time working at a local falconry centre. I love all animals and am willing to work with any animal and as many animals as is needed. I am free every day at any time and can travel within reason. I am currently booked for overnight stays and regular dog walking in my local area so have experience in actually walking and sitting for pets. I have experience with administering basic medication to a range of different pets so I am able to cater for animals with specific needs as well. Customer references can be supplied on request.
