Sophie Minor Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Clinic is located in Blythe Bridge ST11 9QA. I am a graduate of Staffordshire university graduating in Sports Therapy.

I use a professional evidence-based service in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions in both athletes and non-athletes alike. My aim is to restore optimum levels of function and recovery regardless of age and ability as quickly and as practicably as is possible; without reoccurrence of injury.

I aim to treat the cause of the injury, not just the symptoms; providing a full injury assessment, treatment and specific rehabilitation plan.

I have always had a large interest with in sports and understand all aspects of how an injury may have occurred and the cause to the damage structured.

My main passion personally is horse riding, therefore I understand how the way of going of a horse can affect the human body and its muscles. Therefore with treatment and tips this can be resolved.



Treatments include: Sports Massage, Electrotherapy; ultrasound, Inferential and laser therapy (Coming soon), Injury assessment and rehabilitation plan.

Price: £30 for a 1 Hour Full injury assessment, Deep tissue massage and a rehabilitation programme involving home exercises.
