I use a professional evidence-based service in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions in both athletes and non-athletes alike. My aim is to restore optimum levels of function and recovery regardless of age and ability as quickly and as practicably as is possible; without reoccurrence of injury.

I have always had a large interest with in sports and understand all aspects of how an injury may have occurred and the cause to the damage structured.
My main passion personally is horse riding, therefore I understand how the way of going of a horse can affect the human body and its muscles. Therefore with treatment and tips this can be resolved.
