We all sometimes feel that life can be extremely stressful and for some of this can go on for long periods and we feel unable to cope. Events in our lives can cause stress, confusion and anxiety.

We all have these challenges, but sometimes we need someone who is very warm and very empathetic to guide you in the right direction, through the tunnel, towards the light.

I am here to support you and make you feel at ease so that you can talk, cry or be angry if you need to in order to deal with your difficulties.
I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to listen and help to enhance your life and help you live it more fully, if you choose to do so.

I am a Humanistic Integrative counsellor and use Person-Centred, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt techniques depending on the individual needs of my clients.

Please be advised that the counselling sessions are in English, but can be in Spanish, if required.
I am registered and accredited with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I provide private counselling for all types of nationalities, backgrounds, cultures, ages and genders. I am not judgmental. Although, saying that, we all judge when we see people, but it is what we do with that judgment that makes the difference.
