Confidence underpins success in life. Some of us are born more confident than others, however ultimately it's determined by the people we interact with and the environment in which we live. We are all affected by how people communicate with us and how we filter the information we receive.

From 7 years old, childrens' minds become more flexible and they can reason, solve problems and think logically. They are being exposed to different viewpoints and are able to take on another person's perspective. They can usually identify feelings of pride and shame - two emotions that play an important role in how they feel about themselves.

Children need guidance during this stage so that they learn how to self-regulate their emotions.

My personal beliefs:
As a qualified cognitive hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, coach and mentor, I love to help children by working on their confidence and resilience. By delivering learnings to them in ways that they can easily absorb, in the right bite sized chunks and enabling them to have fun at the same time, we can make a positive difference at a time when it can have maximum impact.

What do we offer?
A series of modules, delivered as workshops, with each focussing on different aspects of confidence and resilience.

I also offer 121 coaching sessions focusing predominantly on confidence and anxiety related issues.
