At Smelly Nellies Wax Melts, we provide indivdually hand poured and highly scented wax products using only the finest ingredients.

We use 100% soy wax in our candles and melts to give you the cleanest throw without all the nasties of parrafin wax.

Fragrance Oils - Carefully selected scents from reputable and specialized suppliers. We have an extensive list of oils and if you are looking for something in particular get in touch and I am confident we can source most fragrances :)
Colour - Dyes specifically for use with wax products



Why use our products?

We are a small family business based in Cheshire and because our prouct is not mass produced you will get something that is made with our full love and care to detail.
We are a lot cheaper than some of the bigger brands and we can also deal with custom orders if you have a special request.

You can purchase our products from one of our events, through our Facebook or Etsy page and we also have stock at Pic A Lily Florist in Bredbury.

We can post your order out to you or if you are local we offer a free delivery service on orders over £8, (under this amount will see a charge of £3)

All our wax products are also fully compliant with CLP so are properly reserached and tested for your peace of mind. We are also fully insured :)

Please read our terms and conditions thoroughly before placing an order. When you purcahse from us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions displayed below.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as and when necessary and at any time. If you do not accept any of our terms and conditons please do not purchase from us.



Payment-

Payment for items must be made at the time of purchase. Paypal is the only method of payment when purchasing online.



Ordering

Once your order has been placed we cannot amend it so please make sure that you have added all the items you need into your cart before submitting your order.

Your order may be cancelled by us if;

The goods become unavailable/out of stock
Authorization of your payment cannot be obtained
There is an error in the pricing or description
Incorrect shipping has been selected

Please note that we only ship within the UK.



Pricing

We review our pricing regularly and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time we need to do so.



Shipping

Shipping is within the UK only.

All orders are sent via Royal mail 2nd class delivery. We do not offer combined postage

Handling time for 'on-shelf' orders is 1-3 working days mon-fri. This excludes bank holidays, weekends and busy periods which may be longer due to the volume of business. If there will be a delay we will contact you.

Custom made orders will also take longer but you will be advised of this when ordering.



Cancellations

We accept reurns on unopened and unused goods and these can be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage for these items must be paid by yourself.

Returns must be sent to Smelly Nellies Wax Melts, 190 Hattersley Road West, Hyde, Cheshire, SK14 3LJ.

Please contact us at smelly_nellies_wax_melts@yahoo.com with your reason for return and proof of postage. Once the goods are received and inspected we will then issue you with a refund. Please note that Paypal refunds can take 3-5 working days to be processed by Paypal.

Under distance selling regulations the buyer has a duty of care towards the returning products and we expect them to arrive back to us in the same condition as you received them in.

If the wrong product is sent by ourselves or it has been damaged in transit then we will cover the cost of return postage.

*Please note that wax is a soft material so minor blemishes do not class as damaged. Sometimes 'frosting' occurs with wax. All care is taken to inspect our products prior to delivery but frosting is a natural side effect is a normally way for wax products to behave and in no way affects the use or enjoyment*

If you wish to cancel your order then please notify us at smelly_nellies_wax_melts@yahoo.com as soon as possible as once your order is shipped you will need to folow the returns proceedure as laid out above.
