Smally's Biltong

Smally's Biltong is made using East Anglia’s delicious silverside cuts and is prepared freshly by hand in the heart of foodie Suffolk. The silverside is seasoned, spiced and is left to marinade overnight, capturing in the unique Smally's flavour before it goes into the dryer. The drying process takes between 3-5 days depending on the thickness of the cut and how the customer likes to eat it (wet, medium, dry). It is then sliced and packaged and sent on its way.

Smally's is a perfect protein snack for all sports enthusiasts alike, from gym goers to cyclists, from rugby players, hockey players, to sailors, it gives you that extra boost when you need it. Not only is this a glorious snack for adults, it is also perfect for children’s lunchboxes or just for them to snack on during their busy day.
