Hi my name is Gemma and I have been a slimming world consultant since January 2011.
I run the shirebrook groups on Wednesdays 9.00, 11.00, 5.30 and 7.30 at holy trinity church hall and hillstown village hall, Bolsover on Fridays at 9.00


I am so very proud of each and every one of my members for walking through the door and joining and making the healthy lifestyle changes that enable them to eat and cook healthy, filling family meals and lose weight and feel great.
The plan is suitable for everyone even pregnant and breast feeding ladies and people with diabetes.
