I'm very passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals whether that be from loosing weight to gaining muscle or improving strength. Each client will receive training plans and nutrition advice specific to their goals as well as one on one personal training. The training will take place at The Parkmore Leisure Club which has a fully equipped gym with a variety of resistance and cardio machines, free weights and a studio ideal for circuit training.

PRICES
£20 per hour for Parkmore Leisure members
£25 per hour for non members
