Sixth Sense Fitness offers the most comprehensive and effective workout classes around. There is something for everyone, from a Pilates based Core Conditioning workout to Friday night BodyChallenge which is the most intense.
We also have a fully equipped gymnasium with enough equipment for any type of workout. We are fully open to the public and no membership is necessary you can just drop in and pay as you go.
