Shiatsu Windsor

Shiatsu is a hands-on therapy to help rebalance and stimulate the whole of the mind and body using finger and palm pressure. This ancient therapy approach originated in Japan and is based on the holistic system of traditional Chinese medicine.

Shiatsu works on the principle of Ki, (also known as Qi) the circulation of energy that flows throughout the body along pathways called meridians. The condition of the meridians affects not only the physical body, but also emotional and mental well being. When imbalances or stagnation occurs in the flow of energy, signs and symptoms of reduced wellness may arise.
