Shells bakes

i started doing cakes in march this year after my daughter challenged me to do her birthday cake, so i attended afew sugarcraft courses and "caught the bug" i love it so much ive enrolled in college to do a full cake decorating course(and i cant wait!) ive been approved by the council and im fully insured....i may not have done alot of cakes but im always up for a challenge so if there is something i havent done and your interested please ask :-)
