This isn’t really a ‘class’ as such, and I am Certainly no teacher - that implies separation and I am dissolving separation/ duality and barriers.

If you need a teacher, think of it like this - YOU are your teacher, YOUR Body is your teacher. You are Wise beyond what you can only dream of - EVERYTHING is inside you, you just maybe need a tiny bit of help finding it all.

I ONLY Facilitate the space and That is my honour and Privilege to serve in Any way that I can to assist Even 1 Soul to Fly.

What I offer is a Barefoot Boogie with other women and great music in a room with twinkly lights. If you’ve heard the terms “Movement Medicine” or “5 Rhythms”, there are similarities in that there are no steps. It involves listening and returning within to the breath and the body and allowing the expression of whatever you need in that moment without judgement.

The space is in transition till I find a new venue/ time or a space opens again at Calton Centre. I have NO attachments and this adventure is kinda fluid BUT there IS Sweeeeet Magic in the process and the sharing of dance is INCREDIBLE!

Until I can find a venue again, Dance Wherever, Whenever - in your living room, in your car, even a small chair dance.... Feeeeeeel that Shakti vibe oooooze through your body and express.
