We are committed to a consistent customer centred provision and believe in the ethic of 'active choice', and where possible, customer consultation & participation rather than institutional direction.

SF Care imbedded the ‘signs of safety’ approach enhanced and guided by Munro’s maxim – that “Social Workers need to demonstrate that alternative provisions have been considered. Thinking critically, fostering a stance of inquiry and ensuring that this is demonstrated in their analysis. Reference to research should support this analysis and needs to be seen to be proportionate and relevant to the circumstance”.
