Our Seven sourdough is made in-house every day using just three ingredients: Italian Caputo flour, salt and water. We leave it to rise slowly for a minimum of 20 hours which allows the soft, bubbly dough to form and create the perfect Neapolitan pizza.
Our Napoli wood-fired oven is heated to 500C to allow the pizza to cook in just 55 seconds. of the dough is developed in the oven and finished with our fresh Italian-sourced toppings and tomato sauce.
