With breathtaking Scottish scenery everywhere you look, it’s easy to see why Seton Sands is such a popular caravan holiday location. From the host of fantastic family facilities including a heated indoor pool, a sports court with tennis and a lively ShowBar to the acres of unspoiled beaches, the history of the region and amazing sea views, Seton Sands Holiday Village is a great all-rounder!

Our modern and stylish caravan boasts three good sized bedrooms, one double and two twins. There is additional sleeping for two in the lounge area. Our caravan comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.

Our caravan is large and spacious and benefits from a modern kitchen with gas hob, oven and grill, a microwave, built in fridge and freezer and ample work surfaces.

There is a spacious dining area with seating for 8 as well as a large lounge with wrap around seating, gas fire, television and DVD player.

To ensure that our guests are comfortable, our caravan has gas central heating and double glazing throughout. To enhance that cosy feeling our lounge and bedroom areas are carpeted for your comfort.

Our caravan is a lovely home from home, maintained to a very high standard and is available to let to guests looking for quality accommodation in a much sought after location.


This is a private hire and Haven FunWorks passes are not included in any prices. These can be purchased at reception if you wish to use Haven's entertainment programme and facilities.

Bed linen can be hired from Haven at a cost of £10 per room or alternatively you are most welcome to bring your own linen if you prefer.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy for you to set up a monthly or weekly standing order to spread the cost of your holiday.

A £50 respect and care bond is required with your booking. This will be returned in full when the caravan has been checked. This would normally be returned within 7 days via bank tranfer.
