Our Holiday home is full of home comforts.Has the great benefits of Double glazing and central heating and It is very well equipped with essentials for a happy holiday. So please make yourself at home. booking. Wifi is being added around the park, but at the moment it is free in the Reception area of the park.

The comfortable and airy lounge has a LED TV complete with Free View as well as a DVD which works well as a CD player to playing through the telly.. The TV has plenty of radio channels and HD channels too. Tired of the TV? You will find a selection of games for adults and children alike. There is also a beautiful fire to keep you warm on the chillier evenings.

There is a large well equipped kitchen so nothing to bring, every thing is supplied to make your stay perfect and you will find our welcome pack of a pint of milk in the fridge and Tea Coffee and Sugar all ready for you to make a cuppa on your arrival.

The Caravan has radiators in bedrooms the van sleeps 6 (second double bed is in the lounge). For a small charge we can supply Duvet covers but we find people like to bring their own. So please advice if you require the beds made up for your arrival. The Large bedroom has a King size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and your own toilet.

You will find the benefit of having two toilets in our caravan, handy when you have little ones.
The large modern bathroom has a generous sized shower.

Hayling Island has a local Tesco's and Sainsbury's and Co-op lots of places to eat and visit and plenty of entertainment not only on the site but surrounding area too. A visitors guide of local attractions will be waiting for you to browse at your leisure. Passes are available to buy for use of the indoor and outdoor heated pools, gym and facilities.

No pets allowed.

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN

A £50 refundable deposit will secure your holiday. The deposit will be returned once the caravan has been inspected for damage, breakages and cleanliness on your departure and will be returned to you within 7 working days of your departure.
PLEASE NOTE THE DEPOSIT IS IN ADDITION TO THE PRICE OF YOUR HOLIDAY.

The £50 deposit/bond is also required to reserve the date of your choice, and the full balance will be required 6 weeks before arrival. Please note if you wish to book within 6 weeks of your holiday full payment plus the bond/deposit must be made at the time of booking.

Bookings will only be accepted by couples and families only (Sorry NO same sex party's under the age of 25 are allowed on the camp, for example groups of young girls, or lads).

We take pride in keeping our caravan clean and tidy for your enjoyment, and wish for it to be treated in the same manner by our guests.
