HAIR EXTENSIONS

At Selfies we provide top-quality, natural-looking, gorgeous extensions using only grade AAAA Remy human hair, which goes through a higher and longer quality control process to ensure it stays soft, shiny and tangle free for longer and is suitable for extended wear. It is very strong and durable and can last up to 12 months when maintained correctly.

Choose from keratin bonds, micro ring or nano ring attachment.

Keratin Bonds

Fusion bonding is a widely used method that is durable and long-lasting. It will not damage your natural hair.

Fusion bonded hair extensions are perfectly safe and harm free to your natural hair when the correct product and application is used.

The bonding resin that we use is keratin based, which is made of a natural protein that won't break the hair shaft. It's gentle to your hair and can be easily removed, unlike a lot of other types of adhesives which tend to be silicon based. Silicon glue is difficult to remove and can damage your natural hair.

You can straighten, curl and brush your hair extensions as normal.

Colours can be blended to create high-lights and low-lights.

This method will give you tiny bonds like the ones used by celebrities, and you'll get maximum volume, thickness and free movement.

Depending on your natural hair growth, your extensions will last 3-4 months, or even longer if cared for properly.

This method is ideal for holidays as it's durable and highly secure.

The extensions should be removed professionally with the appropriate adhesive remover, using a massage technique to avoid any unnecessary damage to the hair by pulling or tugging.

Micro Rings

This method uses no glues, braiding, heat or chemicals. The micro ring hair extension application method and removal process is one of the most popular and natural looking hair extension methods available on the market. Used by individuals and A list celebrities all over the world.

These lightweight, almost undetectable rings are applied to your own hair. The hair extension is then clamped tightly inside the ring, holding it securely to your natural hair. The rings come in a range of different colours designed to blend with your own hair and are covered with a smooth coating which provides a comfortable protective pillow, minimising any damage. The rings clamp securely in place and, if cared for correctly, will not slip out easily, even during the most challenging of activities.

Micro ring extensions will last 3 to 6 months before they need replacing. Maintenance appointments should be made every 4-6 weeks.

Caring for your micro ring extensions is easy. You can wash, blow-dry, straighten, curl and style your hair as you normally would.

Nano Rings

Nano ring hair extensions are the latest and smallest hair extensions available on the market. They're 90% smaller than most methods on the market such as micro rings and fusion bonds.

They're the hottest and most exciting development in the hair extension industry due to their tiny size and are popular with celebrities due to their virtually undetectable appearance.

They're an excellent cold system for people with very fine/thin hair or those that want extensions around the sides and top.

They're extremely gentle on the hair, no adhesives or heat are used to attach them, they are simply held in place with a tiny connection.

The nano ring hair extensions won’t pull or bend on application. They will stay in place for several months, or until you wish to reposition/rotate them when they grow down.

They are also extremely comfortable when sleeping, you should feel nothing as they're so tiny and flat against the scalp.
