About us:

At See Life Differently we aim to do just that, help you to take control and see things differently. Whether the issue is losing weight, stopping smoking, reducing stress, pain relief or overcoming a phobia, we are here to assist you through the therapeutic process.

How do we do that?

As skilled practitioners we use a range of therapeutic techniques including Clinical Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT), Neuro Linguistic Programming(NLP),Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and, of course, by actively listening and chatting around the issues or problems you have.
All of this is done in a friendly, relaxed, non-threatening environment.
You are in control of the process at all times. We will support you in identifying barriers that may have prevented you from Seeing Life Differently. We are passionate about helping you to make those changes that will make life better in mind, body, and spirit.
